Kendall County, Illinois

Kendall County is located in north east Illinois, on the very western edge of the Chicago area.
It is named for Amos Kendall, an advisor to President Andrew Jackson. The seat is Yorkshire, while the largest city is Oswego.
It borders Kane, DuPage, Will, Grundy, LaSalle and DeKalb Counties.
Main highways include I-80, US-30, US-34, US-52, IL-25, IL-31, IL-47 and IL-71.
